Base for all intellectual work is the necessary working time and its value is specified by the quantity and unit price.
The value of an advisory service will be different in case of subsequently modifications as it is when the possibility for development exists. Both will provide the same result, but the first solution means more working time and therefore higher value, while the second means less. Let us turn to the advisor in time!
The unit price of the necessary working time is also important: The task can be made by a highly professional accountant, financial auditor, but if possibility for development exists, very same quality of service can be achieved through creation of logical systems with less unit-priced service. Think in time!
It is worth to set priorities, what we are asking from an advisor and which are those services, which could be important only later. Establishing a system for profit centres can be highly recommended, but if our warehouse administration is facing challenges, the profit centre may be only the next step. Generally about the bid-request
The form of bid-request has its limitations, so additional prior cross-check may occur. The goal is to find out, which tasks are needed, which resources are essential for those and what the expected deadline for it is.
Every bid is valid within the set time-limit. After the acceptance of the bid, a detailed contract will be made with detailed description, what are the tasks of the contracting parties, what are the deadlines and what will be the usual way of communication. No small prints.
It is hard to present our services with principal points written in stone – in order to offer appropriate solution the necessary steps may differ from task to task:
- We are running electronic office, which means fast electronic data exchange, videoconferences and substantial support of entrepreneurs, but if client prefers the classic office, than classic office will be contracted.
- Basically, we are solving the tasks using our own management information system, but if client is asking the use of his own software, after appropriate access, the task can be solved with that tool as well.
